This also only happens once you take it one day at a time. “Let’s say you want to run a marathon and you haven’t run in years. The first step is to work on it slowly, day by day towards running. Run a little bit every day to that when the time comes, you are fit enough to take on the challenge,” mentions Ricco Katona of Glowing Global.
